I had an amazing stay at The Omni King Edward Hotel! The room was spacious and well-appointed, offering a comfortable retreat after exploring Toronto. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, though I did have a minor parking issue that was a bit frustrating. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and great service. 🌟
Rooms

I enjoyed my Deluxe Room, which was immaculate and spacious, featuring great furniture and modern bathroom fixtures. The window coverings worked perfectly to keep the room dark in the morning. However, I did have an issue with the Wi-Fi policy, which limited usage for more than two devices unless additional fees were paid.

6.6/10
I enjoyed my stay at The Omni King Edward Hotel, mainly because of its fantastic location, which allowed me to easily explore downtown Toronto. The staff was attentive and friendly, but I did feel that the room could have used some practical touches and better lighting. Overall, the experience was mixed, with both impressive aspects and a few shortcomings.
Rooms
6.0
I found the room to be a bit tired and dimly lit, which made it challenging to get around. There was a lack of convenient power points, and I ended up having to crawl under the desk to plug in my laptop. Additionally, I noticed a small bathroom with minimal counter space, which felt a bit impractical.
Service
8.0
The staff definitely made a positive impact on my stay. They were friendly and genuinely focused on ensuring a great experience, from check-in to room service. However, I did encounter some miscommunications regarding access to certain areas, which left me feeling a bit disappointed.
Location

The hotel’s location was a big plus for me. It was easy to walk to attractions like the CN Tower and St. Lawrence Market, right in the heart of downtown. Everything I wanted to see was conveniently nearby, making it an ideal base for my exploration.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was just okay. Though I had room service which delivered my breakfast early in the morning, it didn't feel worth the price I paid. The food was decent, but I expected a bit more variety and overall quality given the hotel's reputation.
Facilities
7.0
I appreciated the facilities offered, including valet parking and the gym, but some practical amenities were lacking in my room. From the clean and tidy common areas to friendly service, it felt like a mixed bag when it came to the facilities overall.

I had a lovely stay at The Omni King Edward Hotel, though there were a few hiccups. The elegant rooms and comfortable beds were highlights, but the lighting could use improvement. While the maid service was excellent, I felt the overall staff hospitality lacked warmth and attentiveness, which dampened the experience slightly.
